We appreciate that life can sometimes be unpredictable and you may need to cancel or rearrange to attend to urgent matters.

Our request is that you provide at least 24 hours notice so that we can avoid additional costs and expenses.

Cancellations/rearrangements will be free of charge if made 24 hours prior to booking.

Cancellations/rearrangements made with less than 24hours notice will be charged 75% of the treatment price.

If the appointment is not cancelled/rearranged (24 hours prior) or attended this will be charged the full rate of the booked appointment.

This is fair and will compensate for lost revenue, therapist expenses and time.
